Warranty, Returns, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy
Exchanges
All new, unused products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Item/s must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Shipping fees both ways are covered by the customer.
Important: Before sending your return, contact us by email to obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturers Authorization) number.
You must include with your shipment the following:
–The original packing slip or copy of invoice
–Your RMA number
–Your new product request, in writing
–A check for $10 to cover return shipment.
As soon as your return shipment arrives, we will make the requested exchange and ship it back to you via UPS ground.
As items routinely get lost in the mail, we strongly recommend that you ship your Kowalli back to us with some form of delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for any returns that do not reach us.

If you purchased your Kowalli through any retail or e-commerce store outside of the Kowalli website, please direct your refund or exchange questions to the respective entity where the product was purchased.
Returns

We will not share your email address or contact information with anyone, except to complete your order or as required by law.
Terms of Service
By purchasing or using the Services in any manner, the Customer represents that s/he has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, and that s/he is at least eighteen (18) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of Rhode Island. If the Customer does not accept the Agreement and all terms and conditions set forth within, s/he should not purchase or use, in any manner, Services from Kowalli or, if s/he has already purchased Services, s/he should contact Kowalli immediately to terminate the Agreement. It is further understood that the Agreement is subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
